The Kuskovo estate is a unique cultural and architectural monument of the 18th century and one of Russia’s finest examples of summer residences. It was built on orders from Count Sheremetev and was intended to house luxurious parties.

Magnificent constructions such as the Palace, Grotto, Hermitage, Great stone conservatory, old church, and Italian and Dutch houses survived until today and dotted throughout an extensive landscaped park, which has gardens in the French style, ponds, lakes and sculptures made by Russian and Italian architects. It is so beautiful that it acquired the name of "Podmoskovny Versal." From 1919, it started functioning as a museum and now it is possible for anyone to visit and enjoy.

Later the unique Ceramics Museum was opened and includes the very large collection of ceramic items. It was based on private collections and is one of the best in the world. Now, you have a wonderful chance to see it.

Whatever reason you have to visit the estate, you will definitely like it. There is also an option to attend summer-time classical music concerts.

Your tour will last 3 hours in the summer residence of Count Sheremetev alone, accompanied by our guide to help you to orient yourself and provide you with information about various landmarks. You will be shown the buildings like the Palace, Grotto, and Italian and Dutch house.

To make your tour most enjoyable we will provide you with an English speaking interpreter (or other language interpreter) who will accompany you to the estate where you will have excursion made by a professional guide. Finishing the tour, if you wish, you may buy souvenirs and go sightseeing on your own.
