Is the room rate per person or per room?
The quoted room rate is per room per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It is for one person if you selected one person and it's for two people if you selected two people etc.
Are taxes/meal included in rate or in sum total?
Taxes/service charges and meal is NOT included in the room rate and in sum total until the other is not specified. This information should be mentioned in Rate Policy section.
Is credit card required to make a reservation?
Yes, the service provider/hotel will confirm a reservation only when you provide your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Please, note: Our Reservation Service is free of charge, so all your credit card details are going directly to the hotel and you will pay only for accommodation.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, we utilizes Thawte's secure commerce server which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.
When and where payment for my accommodation is required?
Payment for your hotel stay will be handled by the hotel directly upon checkout with credit card or cash, if the other is not specified. If credit card is required for deposit it would be charged by the hotel in advance. Check Rate Policy for this information.
We do not share your personal data with anybody. All data submitted is kept confidential. However if you accessed this site through BB72 Affiliate site, your email address along with the travel details may be forwarded to that Affiliate.

No, unfortunately we can't send any more information about hotel amenities/facilities. All information about the hotels, you can get from our web sites.
I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates available to our Travel Reservation System. These rates may include government, corporate, senior or travel agent. If a rate is marked "ID REQ," (for example, "AAA Rate") you may need special documentation at check-in to confirm you are qualified to receive that rate.
How to cancel or check my reservation?
To cancel your reservation or check it please go to the section view/cancel reservation, enter your booking confirmation number and e-mail address you've used at reservation. You will see your booking and will be able to cancel the reservation if necessary. Be aware about your cancellation policy - the fee would be charged from your credit card for late cancellation.
What is your cancellation policy?
This can vary from hotel to hotel and depends on your travel period. To avoid a penalty for no show or late cancellation you must cancel the reservation before the deadline mentioned in Rate Policy field. Canceling after this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee. Be aware of special Non-Refundable rates with deposit requirements - it's not possible to cancel these rates for free.
How can I book a few rooms for the same dates in one hotel?
Two and more rooms for the same dates in the same hotel cannot be booked under the same first and last name. You should use different names for each room booked. Any bookings received at a hotel that does not adhere to this policy may not be honored and can be cancelled with no further notice.
Can I specify my room preferences (bed type, smoking/non-smoking)?
You can mention them in the Room Preferences field in our reservation form. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate your special requests. We cannot guarantee your requests because they are subject to availability. After the reservation you should call the hotel directly to request additional preferences.
Do you provide a fax confirmation and/or other documents for visa support?
We do not provide ANY visa support services. You may try to contact the hotels directly in order to get these documents. Unfortunately we have no possibility to help you in this case.
What do I do if I am not satisfied with my hotel room
when I arrive?
We are the online hotel reservations agent. We make every effort to ensure that the hotel descriptions and information that we feature on our site are as accurate as possible. Our write-ups are based on material supplied by the hotels themselves. We are not responsible for any variance, whether perceived or actual, between the write-up and the conditions you find in a hotel. Please notify us if you feel that any of our hotel write-ups are inaccurate or need to be updated - we will be happy to consider your suggestions. Any issues of dissatisfaction should be addressed directly to the hotel's management.
Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
Some hotels may have minimum age restrictions. For example, hotels with casinos (almost all Las Vegas hotels) require you to be 21 years old to check into a room. Please, check hotel page for this information.
What is "Card Identification Code"?
The Credit Card Identification Code is a new authentication scheme established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter this number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand.
For Visa / MasterCard:
The nuimber is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa/MasterCard cards immediately following the Visa/MasterCard card account number.
For American Express:
The Card Identification Code is non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card. This number is recorded as an additional security precaution.
