Day 1.
You will arrive at Irkutsk airport, and be met by our company representative who will then take you to the hotel. On arrival, you will be helped to check-in. You can relax a little or taste traditional Russian food. Depending on your arrival time we can organize an enjoyable tour to Lake Baikal Museum containing more than 16 items dedicated to flora and fauna in the Lake Baikal.
Day 2.
After breakfast pack your clothes and check-out from the hotel. You will be driven to the airport in with our representative who will help you to complete all the formalities. You will take a domestic flight from Irkutsk to Nizhneangarsk. which will take approximately 2 hours. After landing, you will be driven to Severobaikalsk town. The road trip will take approximately 30 minutes.
On arrival, you will have some free time to refresh yourself a little and have meal. Afterwards, accompanied by your assistant-interpreter you will sail to Aya Bay. It is rather long route that will take about 4-5 hours. So it's a good idea to take your rod out and start fishing on your way there!
When you arrive, you will camp and have free time to spend on your own or to have meal.
Day 3-5.
For these 3 days you will be fishing the Frolikha River and in Frolikha lake. This will take nearly the whole day. Our professional guide and your assistant-interpreter will help you during the fishing. After fishing, you will returned to camp to relax a bit and enjoy traditional Russian food or, maybe, something prepared from the fish you caught!
Should you wish to amuse yourself a little, we can organize a short hiking tour for you so that you will be able to see the Baikal area and enjoy the surrounds.
Day 6.
After your breakfast you will be met by our company representative. You will have to pack once more and then you will have a hiking tour to Khakusi on the Baikal shore. There you will be fishing again. The professional instructor will be with you in case of any questions and need of help.
The water is so clear there so you can easily bathe there.
After catching the fish you and your assistant will prepare a traditional soup called "Uha" made of fish.
Later on, you will sail to the greatest fishing area in Severobaikalsk. Our professional instructor will be with you while you are fishing.
In the evening, you will be taken to the hotel to relax after a hard, eventful day.
Day 7.
You will have to wake up earlier, have quick snack and then set out for a long incredible journey together with our company representative. You will sail, by hydrofoil, for about 10 hours, until you reach Olkhon Island. You will travel through the length of Lake Baikal from the North to the South and will have a unique opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the lake.
When you reach your destination, our representative will take you in a chauffer-driven business class vehicle to the hotel. There you will have free time to do as you wish.
Day 8.
After breakfast in the hotel, you will have to check-out. In the reception area of your hotel you will be met by our travel representative who will drive you to the airport to depart home. On the way, we would really like to know your opinions on our tour, our service, any complaints or you would like to be improved.
