Impressions of Frank Wieler from Canada about his "Edge of Space" Flight with Aerobatics in MiG-29

It's been over 3 weeks since my Mig 29 flight.

I'm back in Canada now, but I am still relishing the experience!

The incredible sense of speed as the afterburners kicked in and took us to 1.93 Mach!

The climb to 20,350 meters and the spectacular view from that altitude! A brilliant half moon hanging in the dark sky to one side and the sun blazing down over a gently curved horizon on the other!

The pull of the G loading as we rocketed through some fantastic aerobatics!

All this under the skillful control of Sokol Chief Test Pilot Sergei Kara.

I would like to thank him for his professionalism, good humor and patience!

He was a good host and ambassador for the Sokol Aircraft Production Plant at Nizhny Novgorod.

Thanks also to Mr. Oleg Fedorov and the entire staff at the Sokol facility for making me feel at home.
Finally, a great big thank you to everyone at Mr. Sergey Skuratov's company" Country of Tourism" for arranging everything so well! Particularly to Marina who took care of every detail making this a flawless

trip of a lifetime!!!
