The tour company obviously did a lot of much-appreciated work researching and developing the tour itinerary. As a result, the selection of places to visit was excellent and provided an in-depth look at major events of the Second World War on the Eastern Front. It was a first-rate educational experience, full of new information and powerful emotional moments that made deep and lasting impressions on us.

The tour guides were very friendly and took exceptionally good care of the group’s members. The guides gave us lots of information about places that we visited, as well as attending to some personal needs. The van drivers also did excellent work providing dependable and on-time pickups and comfortable, safe transportation.

The tour company went out of its way to make the tour live up to our expectations. For example, many foreign dignitaries were expected for the Victory Day Parade on May 9 making it impossible to attend it. The tour company made special last-minute arrangements for us to attend the final dress rehearsal parade instead. We all appreciated the company’s extra efforts on our behalf. The tour company turned what would otherwise have been a disappointment into a great day!
