Impressions about History Tour of 65 Anniversary of the Second World War Ending of Mr Mark Nelson ( the USA)

I had the wonderful opportunity of traveling with the Country of Tourism on a military history tour associated with the 65th Anniversary Celebration of the end of World War II in May 2010. Amazingly, the Country of Tourism was able to get us VIP admission to the Victory Day Parade in Red Square even though most other tourists and members of the general public were not allowed to attend that event in person. The Country of Tourism fulfilled all the services and promises that it made. There were no surprises on any matters within the control of the Country of Tourism. If ever there were disruptions in lodging, transport or any other aspect of the tour (as there invariably are during any travel), the Country of Tourism promptly remedied the problems and made alternative and upgraded arrangements all without additional costs to the tourists. The guides were very pleasant, customer-service oriented, knowledgeable and fluent in all relevant languages. While the guides followed the general outlined itinerary, they were also flexible in allowing us to linger longer and visit locations of particular interest. Even after the formal tour ended each day, the guides graciously assisted with after-hours dining, sightseeing and entertainment and were always available by phone and email to help out. I highly recommend the Country of Tourism and would gladly use their services on any future trips to Russia.
