The launch of the Soyuz MS-13 spaceship - July 20, 2019 was a successful!

Once again, together with  our tourists, we arrived at the Baikonur Cosmodrome a few days before the launch of the Soyuz MS-13 spaceship, to visit the rocket from the Assembly and Testing Building (MIC), as well as to see the installation and verticalization of the rocket at the legendary "Gagarinsky launchpad" No. 1. By tradition, since the time of  Korolev  rocket is taken out of the MIC, 2 days before the start, exactly at 07:00 local time.

The group included tourists from different parts of Russia from Kamchatka, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Moscow, as well as foreigners from Austria, Kazakhstan and Singapore. The group was close-knit, although each came with his own aims, but they were united by one thing, love and great interest in space and the launch of the Soyuz MS-13 spaceship!

At Baikonur Cosmodrome, summer was in full, the weather was hot, but it did not stop us and tourists from passing  hundreds of kilometers around the cosmodrome and visiting all kinds of permitted objects. For the first time we visited the Yubileiny airdrome - the very one on which the legendary Buran landed. We visited the real bunker "Energy-Buran", looked at the launch pad of Proton, Progress, Union and much more. More details
