GAZ Museum in Nizhniy Novgorod

Excursion to the GAZ Museum takes place in Avtozavodskiy region of Nizhniy Novgorod.
During excursion you will see control posts in Lenin avenue, dwelling buildings of different years, streets and squares named after the citizens of Avtozavod.You will also visit GAZ Museum which was opened 10 October 1965. It was created by the veterans and the administration of GAZ. Its original name was the Museum of History and Labour Glory of GAZ.
The GAZ Museum is located on two stores of educational center GAZ. On the second store there is exposition «History and development of GAZ», downstairs there is a stationary exhibition «Automobiles and their creators».The Museum possesses a unique collection of automobiles and documentary fund including the archives of the plant workers. The Museum acquaints visitors with the traditions of GAZ and automobile culture using its unique collection.

Besides automobiles the Museum collects and keeps all things that are connected with the life of Avtozavod citizens.
