Conditions, Terms and Details

                                      

                                         Russian Tourist Visa
   To obtain visa support, the following information must be forwarded:
   An Application form on the letterhead of an organisation indicating essential legal and payment elements, details of the hotel reserved, terms under which the tourist is staying in the hotel, additional services, payment guarantee. Readable copy of passport.
  It will take not less than 24 hours (excluding week-ends and national holidays) to issue visa support papers from the time of 100% prepayment for hotel accommodation for the whole period of the tourist's stay in the hotel according to the programme. In the event of trip cancellation, the Russian tourist visa will be also cancelled.
    Rostourism has the right to refuse visa support without explanation.
    

                                              Adventure Tours
   The prices of all Adventures Travels / Tours are indicated on our web site.

All these prices, with the exception of the price of the Adventure Travel: Flight in L-39, Flight in MiG 25, Flight in MiG 29, Flight in MIG 31, Zero-Gravite, Centrifuge Tour,  Primary Space Training, Survival after landing and other Travels, are the prices for one or two Clients.

                                                 

                                           Included   Services
   The services for Clients are defined for each Tour, and indicated at the site. Services, not listed as included services, are not included.

The price of a Tour does not include the following: flight prices to and from Moscow; excess baggage weight charges; payment for any laundry services; payments of bills for alcoholic beverages, telephone/fax/cable services.

                                                   Reservations
     After a Client has reserved his/her participation in a Travel / Tour, they must then send us their personal information (passport data) and a copy of the name page of the passport. The first payment must be made as well. The passport data and the copy of the passport has to be sent us not late than 40 days prior to your arrival in Moscow for the Baikonur Launch Tour and for the all other Adventure  Flights Tours

   After a Client has reserved his/her participation, we will keep them informed of any possible changes in the starting date of the Travel / Tour, and also about all the new Travels/Tours which are we offered.

                                                Payment Plan
   All Tours
   A Client should make the initial payment, which is 20% of the total price of the Tour, as soon as he/she has reserved it, providing there are no other terms in the description of the Tour. The balance of the total package should be paid not later than 30 days prior to departure
If the Client cancels his/her reservation for the Travel / Tour during: 

*More than 15 days prior to departure: 5% of gross fare
*Between 3 to15 days: 20% of gross fare
*Not later than 3 days: 100% of gross fare
 

  To pay Travel / Tour it is possible: bank transfer, international cash remittance (MoneyGram, Western Union), traveller's cheques - American Express, Travelex (Thomas Cook / MaterCard and Visa Interpayment).

 

   Baikonur Launch Tours&All of Cosmodrome
   A Client should make the initial payment, which is 50% of the total price of the Tour, as soon as he/she has reserved it, providing there are no other terms in the description of the Travel. This sum should be paid not later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the Travel / Tour. If the Client cancels his/her reservation for the Travel / Tour during the period between 30 and 15 days before the beginning of the Travel / Tour, we will refund to the Client the sum of his/her first payment, minus a 20% cancellation fee. The second payment should be made not later than 15 days before the beginning of the Travel. Thus a Travel / Tour should be fully paid not later than 15 days before your departure for Moscow. Cancellation of your participation in the Travel / Tour less than 7 days prior to its scheduled beginning will result in a loss of 100% of the payment for the Travel / Tour.

 

                                         Participation of Clients
   We reserve the right to decline acceptance of any Client as a Travel/Tour participant for any reason what soever.

    Itinerary Changes:
   We reserve the right to change the schedule of visits to the technical and launch complexes at the Baikonur Cosmodrome according to the time of the launch.

  We can not ensure the exact time of a launch due to possible delays and changes in schedule that are dictated by Roskosmos, as well as by weather conditions and other factors which are beyond of our control.

  We reserve the right to itself to change a sequence of survey space simulators and trainings to them depending on employment these space simulators by preparation cosmonauts/astronauts.

 We reserve the right to itself to change a sequence of survey of objects at the Russian "space" associations, enterprises, institutes and centers.

 

                                Travel / Tour Cancellation:
  We reserve the right to cancel a Travel / Tour before your departure for any reason, including strikes, wars, acts of God, or any other circumstances which can make the Travel / Tour inadvisable.

  If we is not able to reschedule the starting date of a Tour to a later date, all payments will be refunded in full, and this expense will be the limit of the liability of ours responsibility. We bears no liability for any expenses on the part of the Client incurred during the process of preparation for the Travel, including losses related to tickets returned to airline companies; purchase of special clothing; payments for visas and/or for the passport; and/or any other expenses related to the Travel / Tour.

 

                                            Health Notice:
  The Adventures Travels / Tours are designed for people in normal, good health, and those without any physical restrictions such as would possibly put either the Client's, or other Clements's, health in danger. After having made the initial payment, a Client certifies that he/she does not have any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him / herself or other participants. A Client understands that he/she will have to sign a liability waiver before participating in certain Travels / Tours. A Client also realizes that some Travels are only for people with normal, good health, and in case of the declining of his/her health for whatever reasons, he/she won't raise any claim related to any necessary full or partial cancellation of continuation of the chosen Tour. In order to participate in some Tours, a Client must be at least sixteen (16) of age, and his/her weight and height should not be of more certain meanings.

   Privacy:
  We respect our Сlients' privacy and keep all the data protected. The data remain in our database for an indefinite period of time. The Сlient's data may be removed from the database on request after the data are no longer required for providing the service.
