Itinerary for Uglich - Mishkin - Martinovo

Day 1.

Our official company representative meet you in your Moscow hotel. We recommend you to wake up earlier in order to get to Uglich by beating traffic jams. On the way to the city our rep will provide you with the Golden Ring bus tour details.

On arrival in the city you will have a sightseeing tour of Uglich visiting the town's Kremlin. There, you will see the Church of Prince Dmitry on Blood, Palaces of Apanage Princes and the Cathedral of Transfiguration.

Completing this part of the tour will give you some time to eat out in the town and then continue your bus tour around the other Golden Ring cities. We recommend visiting one of the following museums… either the Museum of Myths and Legends or the museum "The rings of Uglich."

At the end of your bus tour, you will be driven to your hotel. You will have some spare time before dinner.

Day 2.

Breakfast in the hotel and then leave for Mishkin. There our guide will take you on a city tour around Mishkin. You will be driven to so called "Mouse State" where you will see the Palace of the Mouse, meet with Tsar Mouse and Tsarina Mouse and see the Grotto of the Mouse. Afterwards, we will show you the "Russian Valenki" Museum and the House of Crafts.

Later, you will be driven to Martinovo, which is situated 30 km from Mishkin. You will meet some local inhabitants by the River Kadka. They will explain their traditions to you. Moreover, we will prepare a traditional lunch in a village type "cottage." You will sample typical Russian food... Shi from the stove, fried potato with sour cream and pickled cucumber and other.

Then you will leave for Moscow.
