Tour to S. P. Korolev’s Memorial Apartment Museum
Here we want to offer you a visit to the S. P. Korolev's Memorial Apartment Museum, which is situated in the park area in downtown Moscow. Sergey Korolev was well-known as the founder of practical space-flight, in Russia. He was the head of Soviet rocket engineering and design during the 1950 and 1960s. This house was granted to Korolev by the Soviet government after the successful launch of the first artificial Satellite in 1957. S. Korolev lived in this house from 1959 to 1966 and the interior of the house is preserved exactly the way as it was, during his life. There are more than 5,000 items, such as: documents, photos, books and personal belongings in the museum. You will see his personal library with large book collection and his desk with its Moon globe. The museum was opened in 1972, and the greater part of the collection was gifted to the museum by Korolev’s widow.
The museum is opened for visiting daily from 11:00 till 17:00. The days off: Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
The tour takes approximately 1 hour.
The tour program includes:

- Entrance tickets.
